Abdelrahman Abuissa
Founder & CEO
Abdelrahman's path into technology was a deliberate choice, not an accident. After earning his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in 2019, and years of hands-on work in administrative and enterprise roles at Sharjah Cooperative Society and DEWA, he made a decision that would define the rest of his career: to shift his entire focus to technology.
Driven by a clear belief in what good software could do for businesses, he taught himself programming from the ground up, building real, practical skills across modern web, mobile, and AI stacks. That self-taught engineering foundation, combined with his business education and his years of administrative and enterprise experience, gave him a rare perspective: someone who understands both how a business actually runs and how to build the technology to move it forward.
In 2022 he turned that combination into Coders Technologies, delivering software and AI solutions, from websites and mobile apps to custom AI agents, for UAE businesses of every size.
